David K. Lowery has been a church planter for three decades and has taught in Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Fiji, and Indonesia. He is the author or contributor to The Bible Knowledge Commentary (Scripture Press, 1983), Dispensationalism, Israel, and the Church: The Search for Definition (Zondervan, 1992), The Case for Premillenialism (Moody, 1993), A Biblical Theology of the New Testament (Moody, 1994), The Complete Who’s Who in the Bible (Marshall and Pickering, 1996), Evangelical Dictionary of Theology (Baker, 2001), Bible Knowledge Key Word Study: The Gospels (Cook, 2002), Interpreting the New Testament (Crossway, 2006), and Bible Knowledge Key Word Study: Acts–Ephesians (Cook, 2006). He has also contributed to the New American Standard Bible and the NET Bible as well as authored numerous articles and reviews.
