Andrew Schmutzer is Professor of Bible at Moody Bible Institute, where he has been teaching since 1998. He has authored and contributed to several works, including The Long Journey Home: Understanding and Ministering to the Sexually Abused (Wipf & Stock, 2011), Be Fruitful and Multiply (Wipf & Stock, 2009), What the Old Testament Authors Really Cared About (Kregel, 2008), and Interpreting the Psalms for Preaching and Teaching (Chalice, 2010). He has contributed to the Baker Illustrated Dictionary of the Bible, ed. Tremper Longman III. In addition, he has written numerous scholarly articles and reviews.
